Shipping Policy

Winsome Boutique ships to customers worldwide. This page explains how long delivery takes and what it costs.

Delivery times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Transit time: 8–15 business days after the order ships.
  • Total estimated delivery: about 9–18 business days from the date of your order.

Our products ship directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses, which are mainly located outside the United States. That is why delivery takes longer than a typical domestic order. During peak sale and holiday periods, processing may take up to 2 extra business days.

Shipping costs

  • Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $50: $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are paid by the recipient.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you haven't received one within 5 business days of placing your order, email us at info@winsomeboutique.com and we'll help.

Order confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number right after you place an order. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received".

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you can return it after delivery under our Refund Policy.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@winsomeboutique.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Gift wrapping

We don't currently offer gift wrapping.
